SetTime
SetTime is a popular Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) Client widely available since 1996.
Originally crafted with meticulous care as a programming example to legibly demonstrate a variety of Windows programming techniques and constructs, SetTime has evolved to enjoy a measure of success among both programmers and those who simply wish to keep their PC system clocks in nearly perfect step with the rhythms of the universe.

Updated 2005/04/03:
- SetTime and SpaceTime SNTP Clients for Windows have been updated to use NTP Pool Servers by default as the US Naval Observatory are requesting access to their clocks be restricted to .MIL and .GOV domains, or other Stratum 2 Time Servers.
